Some friends want me to run for (go ahead and laugh) U.S. President. Should I open every speech with this?

“We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”

If they talk me into running, I intend to open every public appearance by reading this. Would I be forgiven if my voice breaks every time? It will.

What would you want me to do in the million to one chance I got in?

“But I personally don’t like your speech because it opens negatively with “in order to form a MORE perfect Union”.
That is extremely negative…”
