So are any of those six promises addressed in the Constitution? If so, where?

The consitution promises the hope of a perfect union, through what is stated in the document.
– “… In order to form a more perfect union …”

The others seem to be pretty bluntly stated, so I am not sure if your teachers wants a little more elaboration.

However, it says in this sentence:
“Order to form a more perfect **Union** , establish **Justice**, **insure domestic Tranquility**, **provide for the common defence**, promost the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity”

Which pretty much answers the rest of your question, that yes the Constitution promises, Justice, domestic tranquility, and common defence….

Pretty much it is all stated there exactly how it is stated in your question.
So yes, all 6 are promised in the constitution.
